All instruments are sold on a 24 hour approval basis from time of delivery. If instruments are returned, the customer will be refunded in full, minus the shipping and credit card charges we have incurred. The instrument must be returned in the same condition as it left our store and must be returned within 7 days.

We accept MC, Visa and American Express. We also accept cashiers' checks, personal checks and wire transfers.

We welcome trade-ins and give top $$$ for trade-in value. We accept Rolex & other fine quality watches for trade in on guitars as well.

We offer a 30 day layaway program with a 25% non-refundable deposit. After 45 days deposit will be lost. There is no exception.
